The Metro Releases the 2010-11 Needs Assessment

The Metro Centre's 2010-11 Needs Assessment has just been released. Close to 450 individuals responded to this needs assessment, from all boroughs of London, and from a range of counties around London, including 10% from Kent and Medway. The needs assessment indicates that a broad range of LGBT and non-LGBT people are provided with a variety of services, and levels of satisfaction with services are generally high.
