A new Parliamentary report looks into women's equality in the workplace

On International Women's Day, the House of Commons has published a report examining a variety of indicators for women’s equality both in the UK and internationally.
The theme for International Women's Day this year is Women in the Changing World of Work: Planet 50:50 by 2030. This brings attention to the economic empowerment of women in the globalised world. Alongside social, economic and education integration, the day also draws attention to healthcare for women and programmes to prevent violence against women.
