We are 'Inspired by Possibility'!

We are delighted to announce that our Dahlia Ghassan, SASH (Support and Advice on Sexual Health) Care Coordination Team Manager, has been given an award for her stellar work. Dahlia was recognised with the Employee Inspired by Possibility Award, presented by the charity and social enterprise Turning Point.

The awards celebrate the achievements of staff who support and help transform the lives of people facing challenges with alcohol, drugs, mental health and learning disabilities. Throughout the online event, there were 18 winners, along with some specific team awards, all decided by an open nomination process.

Words used in the nominations received for Dahlia included “supportive”, “amazing” and “phenomenal”, and a common theme across them all was gratitude. An additional comment said "Dahlia is always willing to step up and help others and she's always mindful of ways to help grow SASH's reputation throughout the London boroughs they cover."

Our Dahlia said, 

"It was so nice that so many people logged in to watch, and in the chat people were all putting lovely things – about people they’ve never heard of before. It was a pure lovefest – everyone was being really nice to each other. As I don't actually work directly for Turning Point, but within a service they provide, they said in the ceremony that they have never done this (given an award) like this before!".
